Natio Skincare Review!

About 2 weeks ago I posted a photo onto Instagram of some new Natio skincare that I purchased and the free gift I received with it. As soon as I purchased it, I wanted to do a review, but I knew I had to wait until I had used it for a while to see how it worked with my skin and if it was right, so, the wait is over, I am happy to announce that I love the products.
Below are the product I purchased, and this review does not include anything about the free gift, only the skincare within the Natio range 'Acne'

These photos were taken from the Natio website, I do not take any credit to them or claim that they are mine in any way.
So the three products within the range 'Acne' that i purchased were the Dual Action Cleanser and Toner, Detoxifying Face Scrub with Jojoba beads and the Daily Repair Oil Free Moisturiser. I never had major acne problems as I stated in my last post, however I did get a few large blemishes and a few spots which sat under the skin causing an uneven surface. I also experienced a fair bit of redness around my nose and cheek area, which these products have also helped to remove.
Obviously I use these three products in conjunction with each other for the best results, and I have been pleasantly surprised with how well they have worked. I use the scrub about 3 times a week and the wash once a day, using a dove face wash in the morning as my face is mostly clean from the night before, and obviously the moisturiser once a day because I use a night cream.
Together, these products have significantly reduced the appearance of my blemishes and have also stopped new blemishes forming, apart from the odd one here and there, and lets face it, who NEVER gets a pimple? No one.. yeah thats what I thought..(if you can answer 'I don't' to this question, please don't leave me a comment or ill cry.. just a warning!)
I also find that the light scrub has reduced redness and pigmentation around my cheek and nose area. The moisturiser also does exactly what it says it will, and successfully controls oil on my face throughout the day.

All three products together only cost around $40, which for a skin care that actually works isn't expensive, and Myer currently have a promotion where you get a free makeup bag and products valued at $61 when you spend over $38, while stocks last, which makes it all the more enticing to purchase these products.
If you have any problems with oil control or Acne I would definitely recommend you try these products! There is a few other products that are also available within this range!
Have you tried any Natio products? What was your experience like?
Thanks for reading beauties! Xx

March Favourites!

This week we entered a new month, which just happens to be my favourite month as it is my birth month! (21 days to go guys)
Over the month of March I started uni, which meant for me that I focused more on skincare then makeup because I wanted to spend less time doing my makeup in the morning. My favourites of March feature a bit of skincare and a bit of makeup!
(Left to right)
Maybelline Mega Push Mascara: I didn't love this mascara for a long time, but then I randomly used it once and I really loved it, it makes my lashes look huge. It also doesn't clump or stick my lashes together which is amazing!
Essence XXXL Lipgloss in clear: I love using this gloss because it makes it look like I have put a lot more effort into my makeup. I also love it because its long lasting, and it isn't sticky on my lips so it is comfortable to wear all day.
Australis Setting Spray: This is so good when I am rushing around the city all day and running to and from train station to uni. It does actually work and does keep my makeup looking fresh all day!
M.A.C Studio Fix Foundation in NC20: This is a medium coverage foundation which is really easy to apply quickly in the morning. I also love it because it covers up a lot of my redness around my cheeks and lasts for the whole day!
Natio Acne Control Skincare: Now I don't actually have acne, I get the odd pimple, and a lot of little spots, so I probably went a bit extreme with this skincare, but I love it. There will be a full review of this up on my blog on Monday so feel free to come back then!

All products were purchased with my own money. I am not affiliated with any of these brands and all of these reviews are my own opinion.

Thanks for reading guys! Ill be back on monday!

My Favourites #3

Okay so this post was going to go up on friday as part of my weekly favourites thing, but seeing as the month just finished I am going to do a 'monthly favourites' on friday instead! This is the last instalment in my friday favourites until jumping into monthly favourites :)
And thankfully I get to finish the weekly favourites on my favourite thing EVER!
Lip Care!
There is nothing I hate more then having dry lips or dead skin on my lips so I own 300 lip balms that are scattered across my car, my handbag and uni bag, my room, and the list goes on! These are just a few of my favourite products that I use on a daily basis! (or 3 day basis in the case of the scrub!)

(Left to right)
Paw Paw ointment: okay this is a long time favourite of mine.. It is mutli-purpose, leave my lips feeling moisturised for a ahes and literally heals cracked lips! However it doesn't get rid of dead skin which I have a problem with! I have about 3 of these at the moment and will buy more as soon as they are done! Ahah
Baby lips: this isn't the most moisturing product on the market and it doesn't really last for that long but I still love the texture, smell and taste! I probably won't purchase it again but, unlike the paw paw!
Paul Frank lip smacker: this is another product which is only here for smell, taste and texture, but I still love it, even though it's looking a bit old! I find it's really good for preping my lips before I apply my lipstick/lip products!
Blistex lip balm: this is like an actual medicated lip balm or something. I can actually feel my lips getting better & when I get cracked lips and put this on it actually hurts, then like a day later they are better so I use it for all of winter pretty much daily!
Lush lip scrub in popcorn: I use this probably every three days! I find that it just helps to remove any dry skin left on my lips which I have a lot of, and this then means I have little lines and lipstick looks all gross because it sinks into these lines, but this solves all my problems! And I got it on sale which makes EVERYTHING better!

What are your favourite lip products? Any recommendations for the winter months?
And don't forget to follow me on Instagram & Bloglovin'
There is also a giveaway coming up on my Instagram soon when I reach 100 followers, so please head over!

Everyday Uni Makeup!

For Uni I'm usually pretty lazy! I have to leave for uni about an hour and a half before I start classes, therefore I am always up way to early for my likings.. Therefore I go with a simple base, and change it up with something like a winged eyeliner or a bold lip!

On a daily basis I use Real Techniques brushes to perfect my base products. I love the face brush as it is quite dense and easy to blend out. The powder brush so big that I can literally use three swipes to cover my entire face, and the blush brush is an amazing angle that makes it easy to put blush onto the apples of the cheeks and up the cheek bone. These brushes are so soft and so easy to clean which is always nice!
I also use the NYX Pore Filler as my primer for the day, which I don't really think works but I just use it out of habit now I think. My foundation switches between M.A.C Studio Fix and Maybelline Fit Me, depending on how long my day is and the coverage I want for the day! I use M.A.C when I have a full day at uni because its full coverage and long lasting, then I use the the Fit Me when I have a short day and just want to throw some foundation on. On my base I also use M.A.C Peaches Blush on an everyday basis.
My eyes are pretty simple, with my brows filled in with a powder or the Savvy Eyebrow Pencil in Blonde with the Essence Brow Gel and then the Maybelline Plush Mascara
My Extras are Essence Superstay Eyeliner or a range of lip colours to change up my look from day to day, with the Australis Velourlips in Par-ee being pictured to pair with a winged eye (eyeliner not pictured because I couldn't find it when I took the photos! Haha)
All products were purchased with my own money. I am not affiliated with any of these brands and all of these reviews are my own opinion.

My Favourites #2

This week is Hair Care!
Hair Care is probably what I spend the most money on in regards to things other then makeup because I constantly convince myself I need new things to repair my hair and make it grow after some silly pre-teen mistakes!
My mum once said 'its your hair, do whatever you want' so I took that to mean 'oh i dyed my hair dark brown, I'm sure it would be super easy to bleach that and go blonde now hey' so I let one of my friends buy a packet blonde mix and bleach my hair.. it went orange.. that was 3 years ago and I'm still paying the price because of hair that didn't grow well before that :(
However, I have convinced my hair that its a good idea to start growing again, I haven't dyed it since before my year 12 formal (the 31st of october last year to be exact) and I have a fair bit of regrowth coming through which makes me want to do a happy dance!
These are the products that I am currently using to try and keep my hair healthy and happy!

(From left to right)

CPR Step 1 frizz control: I have mentioned this on my blog before in my haul post, and I'm showing it again because it is my holy grail. My hair is just frizz after I was it, especially if I blow dry it and this just makes it settle down and makes it controllable! I am working on getting the matching shampoo and conditioner and then my hairs life will be complete. This range also has a moisturising range which I'm planning on trying out next.
TRESemme Keratin heat protectant: I use this every time I put any heat on my hair, and even just after I was my hair in general just in case I decide to blow dry it or something. I love it, it make my hair feel very soft and smooth and it smells amazing!
Protaine Moroccan Argon oil shampoo & conditioner: I got these from Aldi! I saw someone post that they were coming into stock on Beauty Heaven and I thought Id give them a try. I do like them and the are making my hair feel really soft at the moment but I probably wouldn't repurchase them! They don't have a great smell, they smell kinda like boys deodorant.
TRESemme Leave in conditioner: This is my lifesaver. It makes my hair soft and shiny and smell good and I love it but unfortunately I'm almost out so that makes me really want to buy a different one next time :(
All products were purchased with my own money. I am not affiliated with any of these brands and all of these reviews are my own opinion.

If you have any haircare suggestions that will make my hair grow or any leave in conditioners that I could try next, please leave me a comment :)

Garnier Micellar Water Review!

 Hey everyone!
Today I am doing a quick review of a new product that I have fallen in love with! There is a lot of other reviews of this out and about as it has become a bit of a favourite of everyones over the last few weeks!

This is a product that was released by Garnier, and has been said to be a dupe for the Bioderma H2O cleanser!
I love this product! It is mild enough for every day used and doesn't leave an oily residue like many other makeup removers on the market!
I also find that it removes makeup deep down in my pores! I have tested this a few times by removing my makeup wth the water then using a makeup wipe/face wash after to see if anything else came off & nada! I was honestly amazed at how well it worked when I first used it!
For every day use, I use two makeup remover pads with a small amount of oroduct on each! I like to focus on my eyes/lips because these don't leave as much residue on the pad as my face!
What I love most about this product is that I can literally see the different layers of product coming off my face such as my blush, bronzed then foundation!
It is probably the best makeup remover I own! It is light weight and it feels really nice on the skin, honestly making my face feel like I have just washed it!

Have you tried this product? Do you love it as much as I do?
Thanks for reading! xx

My Favourites #1

Hi everyone!
I though I would start a favourites series, usually posting monthly, but for a little while posting weekly with favourites in certain areas.
This week is Skincare! These are all products I use on a daily-weekly basis, however it doesn't include products such as makeup remover which I do include as skincare but thought I would do a separate post on!

(From left to right)
Dove deep pure face cleanser: This cleanser says something on the back about micro beads that reduce pores or something, which I have not experienced and I have been using it for about two weeks. However, I still LOVE it. A tiny bit goes a really long way, like a pea covers my entire face & neck. It also leaves that squeaky clean sort of feel which I really love seeing as my face can be quite oily. It is also great with the face scrub as those beads can be really small and hard to get off!
Daiso Charcoal face wash: This face was is like a super squeaky clean face wash.. Once again love it, however I try to use it only once or twice a week because I think any more then that would really dry out my skin! Definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone who has dry skin, only oily!
St Ives green tea face scrub: This is one of the best scrubs Iv ever used. It gets right down into my pores and removes a lot of dry skin and even build up like makeup! Because of its super fine beads, I try to only use it when I wash my hair so I can make sure its all off my skin cause I find it can also get stuck in the little bits of hair around my face sometimes which is really annoying, but still a great scrub overall!
Simple moisturiser: I only use this moisturiser at night or on days when I'm not going out or wearing makeup as it is so moisturising that it leave my skin looking shiny and oily which isn't really a look I love, I can achieve it naturally! However its great because it really penetrates the skin and leaves my skin looking and feeling fresh!
Derma Moisturiser: I find this to be a thicker moisturiser that doesn't leave me looking oily because it blends into the skin really well, and creates a really great base for primers such as the NYX pore filler! It was just a cheap moisturiser I picked up once because I wanted to stop using simple for a little while and I fell in love, now using it daily!
Aesop Control: This is a lifesaver when it comes to blemishes! I put a little bit on before I go to bed and in the morning it is literally gone! They had a drying one before this which I preferred however I still love this one and I find that it works just as well as the last one, maybe even better because it doesn't dry out my skin!
All products were purchased with my own money. I am not affiliated with any of these brands and all of these reviews are my own opinion.

What are your favourite skincare products at the moment?
Are there any which you think I should try out?
Leave me a comment will any suggestions below! :)
